Leigh is an author, a podcaster, and has a huge heart for teen girls.

From a  very young age, Leigh's "no" was often ignored leaving her to be hurt and abused by several people. That is why she is passionate about sharing this message with you today.

So many times, as Christians, we feel like we don't have a "no" that we can use, because we need to be good and nice and sweet...which is good...however, as Leigh shares, "sometimes there's a no that needs to go with that."

On this week's episode, we talk about the power of your no and how you can use it to stand up for yourself or someone else, when it specifically comes to bullying.
